Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides; if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Senior Living Stars provides reputation and review-growth services for assisted living and memory care communities, including reputation analysis, staff guidance, the Family Review Tap Kit, and review invitation follow-up.
The free scorecard is informational. It is built from publicly available Google Business Profile data at a point in time, and ratings, counts, and rankings can change as that public data changes. It is our honest analysis, not a promise of any business outcome, and examples on this website (sample communities, ratings, and trajectories) are illustrative, not records of actual client results.
We help communities ask for reviews the right way. We do not write reviews, buy reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter who gets asked based on how positive we expect them to be. We ask clients to hold the same line. Reviews belong to the families who write them, and what they say is up to them.
Any service guarantee we offer (such as a review target for a defined period) is defined in the signed client agreement, where the target is set together based on the community's size and starting point. Nothing on this website creates a guarantee by itself.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Senior Living Stars. You may not copy it for commercial use, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or attempts to access systems behind it.
This website links to and relies on third-party services, including Google. We are not responsible for third-party services, and Google's own policies govern Google Business Profiles and reviews.
This website and its free materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or free materials. For paid services, liability terms are set in the signed client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute over them will be handled in Utah courts.
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
